The series was published digitally in English as Ascendance of a Bookworm: I'll Do Anything to Become a Librarian! by J-Novel Club from May 20, 2019, to September 4, 2024, and in print from September 3, 2019, to September 9, 2025. The light novel has been adapted into drama CDs by TO Books since September 9, 2017.
