High school student Tetsushige Tokura dreams of a delinquent's life. However his surroundings do not make it easy: residents of his city are immensely kind. As a result of a weird incident, he falls under a spell that transforms him into a cat every time he sneezes. While trying to find a solution to his problem, Tetsushige bumps into a dangerous gang of stray cats!
