Mahou Shoujo Site was initially serialized on Akita Shoten's web manga platform Champion Tap. Serialization was moved to Shounen Champion in October 2017. The series was published in English as Magical Girl Site by Seven Seas Entertainment from February 21, 2017, to November 23, 2021. It was also released in Polish by Waneko from January 18, 2019, to July 19, 2021.
