Ringo is an impulsive girl who has just entered high school, the same one her older sister, Wakaba, goes to. It turns out her sister belongs to a very exclusive club, the broadcasting club. Through several mistakes, Ringo joins the club. This story is about her trying to find a place in the club while dealing with the other members who don't believe she should be there(including her sister), and the club president, Kazama.
