Shiki wo Taberu Onna was originally serialized in Manga Time Lovely, where three chapters were published from April 13, 2009, to October 13, 2009. The series was later reserialized with two extra chapters in Manga Life Selection: Chii-chan no Oshinagaki Zoukan from August 29, 2013, to August 29, 2016. The series was published in Italian by Toshokan on February 21, 2024.
