Shiyan Pin Jiating was originally serialized on Ri Geng Comics and published in book format by Animen Digital Technology Co. (愛尼曼數位科技有限公司). The series was also serialized in Japanese under the title Jikkenhin Kazoku: Creatures Family Days in the December 2017 through April 2019 issues of Comic@Bunch. While the Japanese serialization was labeled as completed with 16 chapters, the Taiwanese serialization continued with the release of chapter 17 on Ri Geng Comics on September 13, 2018, and chapter 18 was sold as an ebook chapter on Taiwanese BookWalker on June 28, 2019.
