The manga is about twin brothers Alpha and Omega and their attempts to capture the legendary Pokemon Groudon and Kyogre. Each series follows one of the brothers as they go around the Hoenn Region and attempt to capture their respective Pokemon, all while fighting either Team Magma or Team Aqua.
