Hizuki is Sakataki's step brother, who was adopted by the Ryuuzoku (Dragon Clan) at a young age. He is also one of Kyoko's bodyguards. While Sakataki takes his job of protecting the Princess very seriously, Hizuki is often seen fooling around. However, there is more to him, then meets the eye.
