Cedric Morris serves as Gerard Walker's personal bodyguard. Like Usui, he is impressively quick and skilled, with an air of quiet competence. At Maid Latte, he's considered unexpectedly cute by the staff and customers alike. In Chapter 53, it is revealed that Cedric harbors a strong dislike for Misaki. He warns her to stay away from Usui and the Walker family if she does not want to get hurt. His disdain stems in part from his strict views on class and service—believing that maids and butlers should remain devoted, professional servants to elite families. As such, he disapproves of pseudo-maids like Misaki, despite understanding the hardships she faces in her own family life. To Cedric, someone of Misaki's background simply is not a match for someone like Usui. However, in Chapter 54, Cedric begins to question his stance. Seeing how Gerard treats him with a level of personal regard, he recognizes a parallel in how Usui treats Misaki—with affection and respect that defies class boundaries. Though Cedric frequently spies on the pair, his attempts at subtlety are usually unsuccessful, as both Misaki and Usui (and those around them) often catch him in the act.
