His power is production of the Dark Matter, the substance which isn't supposed to exist in this world, which makes him the opposite of Accelerator who specializes in destruction. He shares a rivalry with Mugino Shizuri, team leader of ITEM and the number #4 Level 5 esper 'Meltdowner'. He strives to become the strongest, even if it means to kill off Accelerator. He's also a ruthless, cocky, and coldhearted individual who shows no mercy or compassion towards his enemies or bystanders, and won't hesitate to look down on anyone whom he deems inferior.
