Captain of the Chiram Army. Upon learning of the Idiosynchratic Point's appearance, he begins his campaign on capturing Kei, but fails due to Kei's ability as a pilot and his Orguss. Robert's repeated failures resulted with the Chiram assigning someone else to capture Kei, and putting his rank in jeopardy. This drives Robert to capture Kei by any means necessary. Source:
