Cynthia is an assassin working for the Hong-Kong mafia Goryuukai. She is very skilled in kung-fu but she also can handle guns, swords and other weapons. She appears to be bald because of her big forhead but that is only because she has her hair tight up in back. She can be quite merciless but at the end she is a good person and an ordinary girl in the heart. No voice actors have been added to this character.
