Wekapipo

Wekapipo is introduced near the end of Stage 6 of the Steel Ball Run race. Originally, he was an imperial guard, but was exiled out of the country by Gyro Zeppeli's father. He now works with the President to get the corpse parts and kill Gyro and Johnny in return for citizenship and residence in the United States as well as a high ranking position in the government. He uses a different type of steel ball called wrecking ball. This is a ball that has 14 "satellites." When used, the shockwaves of being hit by the satellites makes the target loose the sensation in the left side of their body. No voice actors have been added to this character.
