Zeus is the Ancient Greek God of the skies, lightning, thunder, rain, law, order, kingship and fate, he is also the King of the Gods. As the King of the Gods and the leader of the Twelve Olympians, Zeus ruled from Mount Olympus in Greece on Earth, where he oversaw the earth and made sure that the gods and humans followed the rules and fulfilled their duties and responsibilities for life or else punished them if they did not and disobeyed him. He dealt with any problems amongst the other gods, as well as sometimes conflicts between the gods and the mortals, working to maintain the order for things, he established or agreed on. In the episode Love of Hades, he made an agreement with Hades, to let Persephone spend some time with him in the Underworld and the rest of the year with Persephone's mother Demeter, also preventing the Mount Olympian Gods from going to war with Hades and the Underworld, home to many monsters.
