She is one of Kirari's toughest rival. Having to recently gone from being a model to an idol, Fubuki regards Kirari as not fitting enough to be an idol herself. But in episode 26 she realizes that Kirari was the same girl who helped her answer the door to get their cats. Fubuki is friends with Kirari, but is still her rival.
