Julian Rosenberg

Julian is a phantom thief who steals valuable paintings and leaves a single rose behind as his calling card. He stole the identity of Kairi Sakamoto, his mother's deceased cousin, in order to be able to move around undetected, and is employed at the Art Heritage Research Center in London. Alexis calls him "Shiro" for the rose he leaves behind, while Herve calls him "Lady Charlotte" for the name of Julian's mother. No voice actors have been added to this character.
