Yoshiko Togawa

Appears in Ningen Isu (The Human Chair). Yoshiko was a successful writer whose husband, a government official, gifted her an armchair bought at an auction. Soon after, Yoshiko receives voyeuristic letters detailing the existence of a "human chair" in which a person hid, and becomes suspicious and afraid of the armchair after she finds out that it had been made by a craftsman who'd been obsessed with her.
