Minoru is Takuma Momozuka's close friend and classmate. He is a stable person that hates getting in arguments. Minoru is talkative, can get along with anyone, is very optimistic and tells a lot of jokes. Minoru's friendliness keeps the group together; however, Minoru is very careless, which often gets him into trouble. Minoru wants to become a brave and powerful hero, like Falcomon. Minoru and Falcomon's relationship is initially more superficial than an actual legitimate bond. When fake versions of their partners try to trick the children, Minoru is able to figure out which is the Falcomon but unlike the others who were able to figure it out due to their bond (Source: Digimon Wiki)
