Fukashigi

Fukashigi is a veteran traveler with a friendly and yet enigmatic persona. He is wise, curious, and strange, often giving valuable advice to others in the form of analogies or riddles. He is friends with Kuro and Sen. In a flashback, Fukashigi was framed of murder but the two travelers helped to restore his identity. In return, he gave Kuro his hat. He shows up at various other points in the story as well when their paths cross. A professor specializing in human experimentation made Fukashigi a "new face" after his natural face had been damaged by the effects of wear and tear from a long journey. It was not possible for the professor to create a human face, so instead he went for that of a humanoid dog. No voice actors have been added to this character.
