Nezura-san

"Nezura-san" was formerly a student who takes sleeping pills in the forest, in hopes of finally getting some sleep. He awakes as just a brain, a pair of eyes and a tongue in a vessel in Fran's lab. Fran uses his body and it's parts because she thought he committed suicide - and that wasn't the case. She provides a sort of a mascot costume that makes up for his lost body. He escapes the lab and soon meets Mai, a little girl from a abusive home, and they both become friends. No voice actors have been added to this character.
