Rakkasei

Rakkasei is a human child brought up by and living with Rojica. Exuberant, outgoing and impulsive, Rakkasei loves having fun and a good adventure, never taking risks into account, though Rakkasei can get easily bored if something isn't of interest. Although Rakkasei sometimes makes Rojica worry, they have a loving and very close relationship, spending each day having fun. Although Rakkasei is adressed most of the time as a girl, Rakkasei is also adressed as a boy at times which Rakkasei doesn't seem to mind. In the afterword, the manga author Kinome says that a gender hadn't really been decided on yet, but that Rakkasei was most likely a girl. No voice actors have been added to this character.
