Her prophecies are 100% accurate and written in the form of a poem. Neon cannot predict her own future, and is able to write a prophecy using only a small amount of information from her client. The prophecy is a automatic process, so what is written on the paper must be asked by the person in question. Neon's father was able to rise up in rank in the Mafia because of her ability.
