Takeru is a former cop who used to work in Cyber Crime Division. After leaving the police force, he joined Aiji's detective group, becoming a hacker and informant. His intelligence and excellent reasoning skills often lead him to look down on others. He often calls others "Idiot", even calling Ichika "Idiot Cat".
